Mr. Binns died at Penzance on Nov. 27, at the age of 63; he was a native of Rochdale. Probate has been granted to his widow, Mrs. Rosetta Annie Binns, of the same address, and his son, Max Dalman Binns, journalist, of St. Piran, Lelant.
