1834 Nov 15 Leeds Intelligencer: HOTEL, LOW HARROGATE. TO BE SOLD by AUCTION, by Mr. Richard Simpson, at Binns's Hotel, in Low , Harrogate, Monday the Day of November, 1834, at Six o'Clock in the Evening. All that valuable and well accustomed HOTEL, situate at Low Harrogate, in the Parish of Pannal, known by the Name of Binns's Hotel, where an extensive Business has been carried on for many Years, the House being well known to, and supported by Visitors who annually frequent this improving Watering Place. The House contains spacious Dining and Drawing Rooms and Three Parlours, convenient Bar, Kitchens, anil Cellars, with Lodging Rooms for 42 Beds, In the spacious Yard behind, are News Room, Smoking Room. Stables for 18 Horses, Coach Houses, Ostlery, Bath Room. Cow House, Brew House, and other convenient Out-offices. Also all that PADDOCK and GARDEN, adjoining the Hotel on the South, containing 226 Feet in Depth and 69 Feet in Breadth, fronting Cold Bath Road, which is eligible for an extension of the House, or for the Erection of good Lodging Houses. The Purchaser may have immediate Possession, and can be accommodated with the Furniture, Fixtures and Stock a fair Valuation. The Property (which is Copyhold of the Forest Knareshorough,) may be viewed on Application to Mr. John Binns, the Tenant, and further Particulars may behad of Mr. John Harper, Low Harrogate: or of Messrs POWELL A SON, Solicitors, Knaresbrough.
